WHAT IS GX?

Green Transformation (GX) is the world’s big shift toward a cleaner, more sustainable future. It’s about using green technology, cutting pollution, and making industries—like energy, transport, and manufacturing—more eco-friendly. Think of it as a major system update for the planet, designed to prevent the worst environmental problems like air pollution and global warming etc.

"The worst environment" is a circumstance that humanity and the earth are facing a serious crisis due to climate change, pollution, and ecosystem destruction.

Japan is taking GX seriously, launching what it calls the "GX era" with a massive 150 trillion yen investment over the next decade. To help this fund, government is issuing 20 trillion yen in GX transition bonds—basically, raising money to boost clean energy, modernize factories, and expand electric vehicle infrastructure. This isn’t just about saving the environment, it’s about future-proofing the economy, creating new jobs, and making sure businesses stay competitive in a low-carbon world.

GX is coming fast, and it’s not a trend—it’s a transformation. Countries that embrace it will lead the future, while those ignore it might find themselves stuck in the past. The choice is clear: evolve or get left behind.

グリーントランスフォーメーション（GX）は、よりクリーンで持続可能な未来への世界の大きな変化だ。グリーンテクノロジーの活用、汚染の削減、エネルギー、輸送、製造業などの産業をより環境に優しいものにする。地球の環境問題を解決するために設計された地球最大のアップデートのようなものだと僕は思う。

「最悪の環境」とは、気候変動、汚染、生態系の破壊などにより、人類と地球が深刻な危機に直面している状況。

日本はGXを本気で取り組もうとしており、今後10年間で150兆円の巨額投資で「GX時代」と呼ばれるものを立ち上げている。この基金を支援するために、政府は20兆円のGX移行債を発行し、クリーンエネルギーの推進、工場の近代化、電気自動車のインフラの拡張のための資金を調達していく。これは単に環境を守ることだけでなく、経済を将来に備え、新しい雇用を作り、低炭素の世界で企業が競争力を維持できるようにすることという目的もある。

GXは急速に進化している。それはトレンドではなく、変革だ。それを受け入れる国は未来の先を走っていく国になると思うが、それを無視する国は過去に縋り、取り残されてしまうだろう。

進化するか・取り残されるか。
